- Learning Services
Sask Polytech offers several academic support services to ensure student’s success in their field of studies. A class report due soon and you need another set of eyes to make it better? You can request writing support to have one of the tutors review your work. 24/7 Student Survival Tools, specifically in writing and math, are also available as well as a one-on-one tutorial on a variety of topics including:

Sask Polytech is committed to providing equal access to students with disabilities and engaged reliable and proactive Accessibility Counsellors to address the needs of students. Several Accessibility Accommodations are available including learning-related support, funding for learning support, designated seating, and early start transition workshop.
- Career Counselling
Students can avail themselves of the free one-on-one career counselling offered by Sask Polytech regardless of what year they are in their respective programs. Career Counselling is all about assisting students to become more aware of their strengths and interests and find a suitable career highlighting those areas. Sask Polytech extends this service to the public and prospective students through various webinars on topics such as Researching Job Trends.
- Counselling Services
The stress of academics coupled with other external stressors can be overwhelming at times. At Sask Polytech, students can schedule a free and confidential one-on-one counselling with a skilled counsellor. Counselling can be done through either a video conferencing call or a phone call, depending on the preference of the student.
- Health and Wellness
Sask Polytech commits to an integrated approach to health and wellness for its students, staff, and faculty members. This means that the four dimensions of wellness - Life, mind, body, and community – are at the focal point of its culture, and support planning.
- Helpdesk
With the majority of classes held online, technical issues can greatly impact the learning and access to services of students. Sask Polytech IT Helpdesk is available from Monday to Saturday and can be reached through phone, and email, with major updates periodically posted on the helpdesk Twitter page.
- Indigenous Services
Indigenous students are an important part of the Sask Polytech community. The college offers a mix of cultural and academic resources to help indigenous students succeed in their field of studies, as well as a designated Indigenous Advisors who offer personalized support to indigenous students.
