This class incorporates ballet basics and is designed to elongate your muscles during a total body workout. Our trainers will push you to work your hardest while you use a series of props to tone your arms, legs, stomach and back.


Each class is different than the last to keep you engaged and challenged. We always end class with a stretch to leave you feeling longer and leaner… and sore the next day!


Roll out your mat and get ready to lengthen and strengthen your entire body with this floor barre class! This class is done completely on the mat, focuses on form, encourages proper body alignment, and has an emphasis on developing flexibility and strength.

By lying on the floor without the pressure of gravity, you will work deep into your abs, shape your thighs and tighten your butt to achieve the long, toned body of a dancer.


bootybarre® is the hottest barre workout in the world, and was designed by celebrity fitness and lifestyle expert Tracey Mallett.

This is a faster-paced barre class that has a few cardio elements mixed in. We begin with a warm-up and arm workout, and then fuse small, isometric movements with flexibility. Class ends on the mat with abs and back work followed by a stretch.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates® is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can!  This class boasts a dance on the mat with amazing core sequences, and was created by Cassey Ho, social media icon and founder of blogilates®.

Traditional pilates is breath-based movement and typically in a quiet setting.  POP Pilates® is a beat-based pilates class set to upbeat POP music and is REALLY fun!  


Sculpt incorporates the cutting edge bootybarre® cuff to simulate pilates reformer movements designed for barre. The cuff provides the ability to seamlessly add resistance training throughout the entire class, attaching them to your hands, arms, legs and feet.

This class requires Socks.

Six-Pack & Stretch

LBB's version of Netflix + Chill! Get ready for a mega core blast to sculpt your abs and back. Class includes a 20 minute extended stretch of foam rolling segment to increase mobility and flexibility.

WERQ Dance Fitness

WERQ® is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout that is based on the hottest pop and hip hop music and moves. It has been featured in SELF, Health & InStyle Magazines and LBB is the first to offer this class in all of NH and Northern MA!


This is a high energy class designed to keep you moving and promotes a high calorie burn. You are sure to leave the studio dancing out the door and looking forward to your next class! 

This class requires sneakers. Extra water and a sweat towel are recommended.
