Scheduling

 

While we do accept walk-ins, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you and pre-booked appointments are recommended. We also accept drop-ins for our fitness classes, but again we may not always have room in the class. Here's some ways you can schedule:

Cancellation Policies

 

We are an appointment-based business and we try to be as accommodating as possible. As you can imagine, some of our team members have a wait list for scheduling and it is first come, first serve. In order to be fair to our guests and team members, we do have the following cancellation policies in place in order to maintain the integrity of scheduling:

 

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for Salon & Spa Appointments, as well as Pilates Reformer Sessions. This allows us enough time to contact clients on the wait list if a last minute schedule change arises. In the event that you late cancel you may be charged up to 50% of the service(s). LBB will take into consideration emergency cancellation and handle all communicated absences on a case-by-case basis. LBB reserves the right to charge more than 50% on cancellation of Salon/Spa Services based on the length of the service. Please note that since our team is comprised of independent contractors, some service providers have different policies regarding cancelation and fees. It is best to check with your service provider. 

For these reasons, some appointments may require a credit card to hold the appointment. We do not charge your card during booking and you do not have to pay with the card during your service. 

In addition to the above policies regarding cancellation, please note that if you arrive late for your appointment we may not be able to complete your service. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

We have a 3 hour cancellation policy for all group fitness classes. In the event of a late cancellation on a group fitness class, LBB reserves the right to deduct a class from your package. If there are no passes available, you may be charged the drop-in rate of $20 for the class. Communicated absences and emergencies will be taken into consideration. 

Inclement Weather

 

We live in New England and we are bound to come across inclement weather at times! For the safety of our guests and team members we follow the below procedures:

Early AM Fitness Classes: we follow the Nashua School System's lead (although we do look at surrounding towns as well). We make the call the night before a storm if we plan to cancel so that you can plan accordingly (aka NOT set your alarm!) We will notify all clients that are registered that the class is cancelled via email (and text if we have your phone number in the system). The class will also be removed from the schedule on our mobile site. 

As the day progresses, we monitor the weather. If we make any decisions on canceling additional classes we will notify clients registered via email/text and also update our social media pages.

 

In the event that we don't cancel but the weather is stormy, we do NOT want anyone to drive if you don't feel comfortable! Late cancellations will NOT be charged during inclement weather- use your judgement. Safety first

Salon/Spa Appointments: We sometimes will make the decision to completely close if the storm is bad enough. If we remain open and you do not feel comfortable driving, please let us know ASAP. Late cancellations will NOT be charged during inclement weather- we want everyone to be safe! That said, please note that we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as close to the date as we have available. In certain circumstances, you may be offered to see a different service provider to accommodate you. 

 

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. Our client relationships are very important to us and we take pride in our work and products. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your service or purchases, please contact us within two weeks from your visit and we will be more than happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
